The raw material is rawhide leather from cows that come from tanneries that do not use polluting products.
The leather is received at the factory, classified and washed with degreasers and detergents.

After that, it is bleached with Hydrogenated Peroxide to make sure that complete disinfection is obtained.
The next step is to pass the leather through rolling presses in order to dry it, and after that, it is cut according to different sizes. Then the products (bones, rolls, chips, donuts, braids, etc.) are hand shaped and dried in especially designed furnaces up to 4 days.
After that, flavor and color are added if required. Finally they are packaged according to customer needs, i.e. shrink-wrap, full colors carton labels, inner boxes. |
